Electrical software for crews that go to the client

Service calls and small installs, with photos of the work before the walls close up. Settles books the work, sends the crew, invoices the job and gets you paid, from $79 a month in Canadian dollars.

What goes wrong in electrical, and what Settles does

  • Quotes retyped into jobs, then into invoices

The accepted quote becomes the job, and the finished job a draft invoice.

  • Hours guessed at the end of the week

Your people clock in from their phones, and pay comes from the hours they really worked.Pro and up

  • Waiting weeks to get paid

Clients pay by card from the invoice link, and reminders chase the slow ones.

Questions owners ask

Can I bring my clients from Jobber or a spreadsheet?

Yes. Import your client list from a spreadsheet or a Jobber export and be scheduling the same afternoon.

Does it work if it is just me, or one small crew?

Yes. Base is made for one to three people, and owners are never charged as an employee. Add people as you hire and the bill moves by $4.95 each.

Do my crew need to install an app?

No. The crew app runs in the phone's browser. They open a link, sign in, and see their day.

Try it with your own jobs

From $79 a month plus $4.95 per employee, cancel any time. Import your clients and be running in an afternoon, with no sales call.
